The clubbing scene in Malaysia is as pulsating and fresh as its eateries are varied. As new clubs emerge, pumping out original tunes and concepts, the country’s stalwarts continue to reinvent themselves, creating a constantly progressing scene. Clubs that don’t keep up quickly disappear off the concerting clubber’s map. Favourite nights at the pioneering locations still feature on event calendars, however, and are ever popular among the party regulars.
KL’s two main superclubs, Zouk KL—revamped at the end of 2008—and the newly-opened in 2008 Euphoria by Ministry of Sound, continue to draw the largest crowds in the capital city and are both worthy nights out for party-goers from across the world.
